Yering serves as Head of Corporate Development & Strategy at Climate Impact X (CIX), where she is responsible for shaping the company’s business roadmap and supporting the CEO on the delivery of CIX’s strategic vision.
In her role, Yering collaborates closely with customers, partners and stakeholders to ensure that CIX’s products and strategies align seamlessly with the evolving needs of environmental markets. She has been instrumental in managing successful fundraising efforts and forging strategic partnerships within Singapore’s vibrant sustainability ecosystem.
Yering began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, developing a strong foundation in navigating complex business landscapes and delivering impactful solutions. She then transitioned to adidas’ Asia Pacific organisation, playing a pivotal role in reorganisation efforts and shaping the company’s regional business roadmap. In 2019, Yering joined Shopee, a leading e-commerce player in Southeast Asia, where she further expanded her skills within the regional marketing team, solidifying her expertise in driving strategic initiatives.
Yering holds a Master of Science in Management from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Imperial College London. Her diverse experience positions her as a versatile leader at the intersection of strategy, innovation and sustainability.
