Climate Impact X (CIX) would like to inform members and other market participants of scheduled downtime to the Verra Registry as Verra migrates to its new registry platform.
The new Verra Registry is slated to go live on Monday, 27 July 2026, at 7:00pm SGT. To facilitate the transition, users will not have access to the Verra Registry starting Friday, 24 July 2026, 5:30am SGT. Access will resume when the new registry platform comes online.
During the registry downtime, CIX will be unable to process transfers of Verra-issued Verified Carbon Units (VCUs), including deposits and withdrawals, or complete retirements. These services will resume once the Verra Registry is back online, and any pending transactions will be processed thereafter.
